Returns, Refunds & Damaged Artwork Policy

All Sales Are Final

Thank you for supporting Julie Metzger Art. Each piece of artwork is created, selected, packaged, and shipped with great care.

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including changes of mind, color variations due to screen settings, sizing preferences, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged Artwork

Your artwork will be carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately upon delivery.

To be considered for review, you must:

  • Contact me within 24 hours of receiving your artwork.

  • Provide photographs of the damaged artwork, packaging materials, and shipping box.

  • Retain all original packaging until the matter is resolved.

Each situation will be reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, a replacement, repair, partial refund, insurance claim, or other resolution may be considered at my sole discretion.
